Telephone Interview
CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview)
In our in-house CATI centre we have been conducting customized telephone interviews since 2003.
Specially trained members of staff conduct interviews and telephone surveys from 30 modern workstations.
The CATI is a highly efficient method for market and communication research that allows to carry out the entire sequencing logic of a questionnaire directly on the computer. Even open-ended questions may be part of a telephone interview.
We use the „Ingress" software system that allows us a differentiated quota sampling as well as an automated control of the questionnaire control.
Thanks to the monitoring function of this system, the supervisors, who are always present, are able to follow each individual telephone interview.
Qualified Staff
Only experienced and trained telephone interviewers will conduct our telephone surveys.
It is a matter of course that our members of staff are trained on a regular basis and perform work based on their qualifications.
Prior to each new project we give instructions on the questionnaire that sensitizes both the interviewers and the supervisors to any particular circumstance and relevant context.
